Training Times

There will be no Strength and Conditioning Sessions on the following dates:

Tuesday 25th July
Saturday 29th July
Tuesday 1st August
Saturday 5th August

There will be no morning training on Friday 4th August

There will be a Summer Shut Down week commencing Monday 7th August for National Performance, National Potential, Regional Performance 1 & Regional Performance 2 squads.
Week commencing Monday 14th August - all sessions back to normal.
