Access to purchase spectator tickets will be available from 10:00 on Monday 19th February via the event webpage.
A ticket costs £5 for the weekend.
Children (under 18 years) are FREE.
We encourage pre-ordered ticket sales but tickets can also be purchased (CARD ONLY) on the day of the event.
Please check confirmed entries as there are some scratches.
Meet Programmes will be emailed out closer to the meet. There will be no spectator tickets or meet programmes available to purchase on the door. There will be raffle tickets available to purchase though.

There were several issues with the meet entry for this meet. If your swimmer or event is not listed it unfortunately means they didn’t qualify.
Message from Meet Organisers:
We recommend that you bring cash for entry and raffle tickets. Entry is £5 per session or £8 for an all day wrist band. We will have a card machine, but this does tend to take a lot longer. We have managed to source some great raffle prizes and we are hoping have a swim shop attending the meet too.

Warm Up Schedule
Message from the organisers
Due to the number of swimmers attending this meet we have had to make arrangements with the council to open the old Toys R Us Car park across the road from the pool. There will be a £5 charge for this. The reason behind this decision is that in past years people have ended up with fines due to having to park in not ideal positions, due to the small car park being full. All officials will be able to park in the carpark across the road from the pool, and all coaches that have ordered coaches passes will be signposted to their car park 'free of charge'.
All spectators tickets will be sold on the day at £4 per session or £7 for the day. Programs will also be sold at the door for just £1 per session.
We will be holding 10 'Hot Heats' chosen randomly throughout sessions 2-5. Each winner will receive a £10 Swim Path voucher, that Swim Path have kindly donated, to spend in the swim shop that will be on the balcony during the weekend, along with a small sweet treat.

Noon on Friday for Friday Evening Events - 6pm on Friday for Saturday Events - Noon on Saturday for Sunday Events.
Warm Up/Swim Down pool will be available. This will be supervised by the facility staff. Swimmers using these facilities must follow any instructions issued by these supervisors. Clubs through their Team Staff will be responsible for the behaviour/actions of their swimmers at all times within the facility. If the Swim Down Pool is not used in a sensible manner it will be closed.
Swimmers, Coaches and Team Managers are to sit on the balcony to the left as you enter the competition hall.
We are pleased to be able to allow spectators. Spectator seating will be to the right as you enter the competition hall. Tickets will be available on the door, the charge for all day is £7.00 per person, £3.00 concessions (over 65’s & under 16’s) & under 5’s free.
Coaches and Team Managers can enter through the double doors from the Foyer where poolside passes will be available for collection.

We recommend parking just across the road at Castle Gate Q-Park, Broad Street where discounted prices will be honoured for anybody attending an event at Ponds Forge. By scanning your Q-Park voucher at the main reception desk you’ll receive the discounted parking. Parking at Q-Park is more cost effective for a full day than Ponds Forge car park (terms and conditions apply).
Attendees are also welcome to use the Ponds Forge car park.

“Meet Info” contains the requirement for all participants to provide a negative LFT to gain entry. The other covid restrictions are more relaxed.
With an entry of 600 swimmers across the weekend, Co Cardiff & Legacy Leisure require the lateral flow tests to be taken and resultant text confirmation from NHS to be shown.
