Session 1: Warm-Up  1:00 for a 1:50 start

Session 2: Warm-Up  4:15 for a 5:00 start EFT 7:00

As with the Level 2 meet, there will only be a few programmes available to purchase. Swimmers are encouraged to download the programmes.
