This week starts with the excellent news that Nyxon Rockliffe-Fiddler has been selected to represent Wales at the Inter-regions on 8/9 July. Well done Nyxon, great effort.
This weekend sees Ben, Jack and Louie represent the Welsh Boysin their Inter-regions, good luck to you all.
Training tonight for the seniors at the usual times.
RTC is on in Carmarthen and Newport this Friday.
Normal training this Saturday for the Juniors at 4PM.
The Seniors session is taken up with the 2nds match V Weston. Please can the selected team be at the pool for 5PM for a team talk.

Junior Men’s swim set in Swansea is on this Saturday from 14.30 – 16.30. A aware, the Swansea Air Show is also on this weekend, so plan your trip accordingly, the area will be very busy.
Swim Wales Welsh Water Polo Clinic is this Sunday, in Cardiff from 11.00 – 14.00, with Academy at Clinic from 11 – 12.
